What if I miss a session?As the programme is structured over six consecutive weeks, sessions take place at the same time each week.
Missed sessions are generally chargeable. Where possible, reasonable notice may allow for rescheduling within the same week, subject to availability.
Can I extend beyond six weeks?Is this CBT?Yes. Where clinically appropriate, continuation beyond the initial six-week framework can be discussed during the review session.
Do you offer NHS funding?This independent private programme is designed to complement NHS Talking Therapies (formerly IAPT).

Is this CBT?The programme is based on integrative, trauma-informed counselling. Sessions are tailored to the individual and are not delivered as a manualised CBT course. The work is evidence-informed and may incorporate cognitive and behavioural approaches where clinically appropriate.
Can I attend this programme while taking antidepressants?Yes. This programme is fully compatible with prescribed medication.
Therapy works alongside pharmacological support to provide structured, evidence-informed interventions for anxiety and stress.
It is recommended that clients continue any prescribed medication as advised by their GP or psychiatrist, and any changes should be discussed with your prescriber.
